Green leads West Orange past Linden in North 1, Group 5 playoffs – Football recap

Farad Green scored three rushing touchdowns for second-seedded West Orange in its 28-21 comeback victory against seventh-seedded Linden in the quarterfinal round of the NJSIAA/Xfinity North Jersey, Section 1, Group 5 playoffs in West Orange.
Linden (4-6) opened the game with two touchdowns in the first quarter to take a 14-0 lead. Linden scored its first touchdown on a running play to go up, 7-0, and extended its lead with a passing touchdown later in the quarter.
